Get your heart pumping at kickboxing or wind down with some gentle yoga sessions. Our fitness studio is equipped with studio cycling, a Queenex frame, super functional suspension training and access to over 1700 virtual classes and up to 250 instructor lead classes a month. Classes are open to everybody and all levels of fitness and abilities.
Members: FREE

Our adults-only world of soft lighting and serenity – perfect for an hour or two of blissful calm.
If you’d booked in 150 years ago, we’d have plunged you into a bath of freezing spring water. Then hooked you up to the most dubious well-being machinery imaginable.
So, it’s fair to say we’ve updated the experience of the Victorian Baths a little since then. The pool? Not too hot, not too cold. Then there’s the sauna and steam room – scandalously indulgent, by Victorian standards.
Please note: The Victorian Baths are only available to Hotel Guests and Country Club members only.
